So, since we're still in the New Year sense of all things new, why not try to add on your "My Fave things" list this one, Codeita [http://www.codeita.com/]?
(Screenshot of the site's homepage)
(The Dashboard: Create a project by clicking the icon under My Projects; Delete a Project by clicking the red icon under the Project name)
(The Code Window)
(The Sharing Window: Add contacts [that's what they call it]
that will be given tasks, ala Subversion.)
What's really amazing with Codeita is that it's free hosting by itself, meaning it basically lets you create a website; except that it doesn't have the features that professional web host solutions offer, like the cPanel along with e-mail features, subdomains, and the like. Also, the best feature for me is the Code Editor. What's so good is that you don't have to upload over and over again (if you use Notepad++) or do Post everytime you edit codes. It really saves up precious coding time, and Codeita really delivered. Of course, web development won't ever be complete if you aren't able to use a MySQL database, right? I don't know though if you'd like this, but you only a fixed capacity of 100 MB, but that's not bad for a cloud application.
Codeita really sets the mark for collaboration/team software with its Sharing feature. I don't want to share more about this feature because I found some bugs with it and also it's still in beta status so hold your horses just yet until it's fully functional.
Bad thing though is that you are not able to manipulate your databases easily; not unless you're a code guru (if you'd ask me, I'm far from that.. I just know all types of queries that I need and that's it).
But fairly enough, the fact that you have a complete web development experience makes Codeita such a good companion; and because you can edit codes live that it's so powerful. So come check it out today, and realize that moving to the cloud is so convenient and empowers us best than having our testing servers around.
